ViaFluor™MicrotubuleStainsaresuppliedasa1000XstocksolutionsinDMSO.Theycomewithavialof100mMverapamil,aneffluxpumpinhibitorthatmayimproveproberetentionandstainingincertaincelltypes.Notethatthisisahigherconcentrationthanpreviouslysuppliedwiththestains,toallowfortheuseofhigherverapamilconcentrations(10-100uM).Theoptimalconcentrationofverapamilmayvarybetweencelltypes.
