KeyadvantagesofthesecalciumchelatorsincluderelativeinsensitivitytowardintracellularpHchangeandfastreleaseofcalcium.BiotiumoffersseveralBAPTAchelatorswithcalciumdissociationconstantscoveringtheBIOLOGicallysignificantrangefrom10-7to10-2M.
